This CME program will discuss how to best address the needs of breast cancer survivors, including the latest in imaging surveillance, genetic testing guidelines, risk reduction and psycho-social needs.

1. Address the needs of a breast cancer survivor from a multi-specialty perspective
2. Review appropriate imaging guidelines and recommendations for breast cancer screening in these patients
3. Provide access points to support services tailored for breast cancer survivor needs
4. Discuss racial barriers to care
5. Mitigate side effects from chemotherapy and review non-hormonal ways to alleviate menopausal symptoms
6. Provide an overview of genetic testing guidelines and which patients qualify for updated testing
