Why, What, and How: Building and Scaling a Cancer Sexual Health Program Across Three Institutions

1. Integrate evidence-based assessment and management strategies for sexual health concerns in cancer survivors, including genitourinary syndrome of menopause and treatment-related sexual dysfunction.
2. Develop standardized referral pathways, multidisciplinary care models, and APP-supported workflows to improve access to cancer sexual health services while maintaining a consultative care structure.
3. Assess the operational, financial, and research considerations necessary to build, sustain, and scale a cancer sexual health program across multiple institutions.
