1. Recognize the signs of Depression, Burnout and Fatigue including psychological, physical, and cognitive signs
2. Define sleep debt and sleep Inertia and their relationship to fatigue
3. Discuss resilience and its impact on training
4. Describe the resources available for trainees or faculty in situations of depression, burnout or fatigue

Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian designated this Enduring Material educational activity for the maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit^TM. Physicians Should claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
