Overview
A multidisciplinary team of physicians present and discuss each patient’s condition and together determine the best treatment option(s) for the patient. The cases presented are both prospective and retrospective.

Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:

  1. Apply the current standards of Cardiovascular care and clinical practice guidelines to optimize the management of patients with cardiovascular disease.
  2. Review new, emerging, and novel therapeutic agents and treatment strategies and incorporate these into the management of patients with cardiovascular disease.
  3. Communicate the importance of a multidisciplinary approach and improve the collaborative performance of the interprofessional cardiovascular care team in the management of patients with cardiovascular disease.
